Struggling to start afresh and recover after her horrific experience with pure evil in The Last Exorcism (2010), Nell Sweetzer has now found refuge in a New Orleans house for girls. Little by little, Nell seems to be doing better, returning to normalcy; however, the vengeful dark entity that once claimed her soul, has come back, eager to pick up where it left off.
