Yakari, a Spectacular Journey (2020) Synopsis

Yakari, the pious son of a Sious chief, proves himself noble and brave enough to earn special favors from his totem, the Great Eagle, who grants him a splendid tail feather and the ability to talk with animals. The tribe goes catch wild mustangs, Yakari hoping for the splendid black fowl Little Thunder, but they get separated for the tribe during a super-storm that carries rocks and save each-other, quickly bonding, the mustang allowing the knave to ride him 'after permission', for starters to return home. The also sabotage the rogue warriors Puma gang mustang catch, causing their bumbler guard seeking redemption by trying to catch the juvenile pair, who keep interacting with various, often helpful prairie animals.—KGF Vissers
