In Akron, Ohio, the scientist Dr. Bow accidentally creates living dead. Five years later, the United States is crowded of zombies and the Zombie Squad protects the population. When the arrogant scientist Dr. Moulsson believes that he may find the cure if he learns how Dr. Bow created the zombies, a Zombie Squad is assigned to help him and they stumble upon a weird cult led by Rev.
