When a crazy beaver hunter is obbsessed with murdering animals, Russia declairing all out war on Scotland, and a cold-blooded money-grabbing dam owner's greed consumes the land: Sir Billi (an overweight, single sixty-year-old who lives with a goat) must save the day, right after taking his son to school.
