Hard Time (1998) Synopsis

Logan McQueen (Burt Reynolds) is a no non-sense detective who sometimes bends the rules to get his man. When a suspect is killed, Logan is implicated in the mess. He must now find the real killer all the while staving off a murder charge from the District Attorney's office and the wrath a vengeful mobster who's money was lost in the very same bust that went bad.
